4. Client Services & Engagements
This section applies if you book a service engagement with us (Tier 1–4, or any custom scope) rather than just browsing this site.
Scope of services
The specific work included in your engagement is the scope described for your selected tier on our Services page, as confirmed in the scope email we send after you submit an intake or booking form. That confirmation email forms part of your agreement with us alongside these Terms.
Content you submit to us
If you submit audio, video, footage, brand assets, or other materials to us as part of an engagement, you confirm that you own or otherwise have the legal right to share that content with us, and that you have obtained any necessary permission from anyone who appears or is heard in it (co-hosts, guests, or other third parties). You grant us a license to use, edit, store, and reproduce that content solely to produce the deliverables for your engagement. We rely on your confirmation above and take no responsibility for verifying third-party consent to content you provide.
Confidentiality
We treat unreleased episode topics, business information, and any materials you submit through our intake forms as confidential. We will not disclose them to third parties except as needed to deliver your engagement, or as required by law.
Ownership of deliverables
Once an engagement is paid in full, you own the final deliverables produced for that engagement (research briefs, scripts, show notes, edited clips, and similar). We will only reference your work in our own portfolio or marketing with your permission.
Revisions
Each episode engagement includes one round of revisions — a single consolidated set of notes submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Revisions cover tone, clarity, CTA alignment, and small corrections. New research, new angles, major restructuring, or additional deliverables fall outside this round and are quoted separately.
Payment, cancellation & rescheduling
Payment terms, invoicing schedule, and any cancellation or rescheduling terms for your specific engagement are set out in the scope-confirmation email for that engagement. Proceeding with payment constitutes your acceptance of those terms.
No guaranteed outcomes
We produce research, scripts, and content assets — we do not control how any platform (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, social platforms) distributes or ranks your content, and we make no guarantee of downloads, views, engagement, or revenue resulting from our work.

Content on this site — including podcast episodes, blog posts, and free resources — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, health, legal, financial, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on information you find here.
6. Third-Party Links
This site may link to third-party websites. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for anything you find there. A link does not imply endorsement.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties

For a paid service engagement, our total liability for any claim arising from that engagement is limited to the total fees you paid us for that engagement in the 12 months before the claim arose, except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example, in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida. If you are located in the EU or another jurisdiction with consumer protection laws, those laws may also apply to you.
