Do I need to provide a transcript to get started?
No. THE INSIGHT SOURCE works before the transcript exists. You provide the episode topic. We deliver a research brief, verified claims, and SEO architecture before you record. Tiers 3 and 4 add post-production deliverables — those require the audio or transcript after you record.
What is the turnaround time?
Because every brief gets first-hand research and a human fact-check, I take on a limited number of episodes each month — you book a slot rather than drop into an anonymous queue. Once your slot opens the turnaround is fast: Tier 1 and 2 in 2–3 business days, Tier 3 in 4–7, Tier 4 in 5–9. Express turnaround — about 50% faster — is available as an add-on to jump ahead.
