Contact form
If you submit a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.
Client service intake & booking forms
When you request a free episode audit or book one of our service tiers, we collect the information needed to scope and deliver that service — your name, email, podcast/show name, and details about the episode or engagement (topic, target audience, format, platform preferences, and similar production details). For Tier 3 and Tier 4 engagements, this can also include links you provide to audio or video recordings and brand assets (logo, colors, fonts). These links may contain your voice and image, and — if your episode includes a co-host or guest — theirs as well. We only receive the link you provide; you are not uploading files directly through this site. See our Terms of Use for the content warranty that applies when you submit recordings or brand assets. We use this information solely to scope, confirm, and produce the service you've requested.
Website usage data
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics) to monitor visitor behaviour on this site. Our hosting provider may log standard server access data (IP address, browser type, pages accessed) for security and performance purposes. This data is not used for profiling or advertising.
Theme preference (light/dark mode)
If you use the light/dark mode toggle, we store that choice in your browser's local storage so the site remembers your preference on your next visit. This stays on your device, is never sent to us or any third party, and is used for no purpose other than remembering your display preference.

Client production materials — audio/video recordings, raw footage, and brand assets submitted for a service engagement — are retained for up to 12 months after your engagement ends, so we can support related revisions, repurposing, or future work if you return as a client. If you'd like these materials deleted sooner, email us and we'll remove them within a reasonable period.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Kit (ConvertKit) — email list management. convertkit.com/privacy
- Formspree — processes submissions from our contact, audit-request, and service intake/booking forms (name, email, show/podcast details, production details, and — for Tier 3–4 bookings — links to audio/video recordings and brand assets) and delivers them to us by email. formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy
All fonts on this site are hosted on our own server, not loaded from Google or any other third party — no font-related data is sent anywhere else.
We do not use advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking on this site.
8. California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. The categories of personal information we collect are limited to identifiers (name, email address) and, if you book a Tier 3 or Tier 4 service engagement, audio/visual information (links to recordings and brand assets you submit for production). 9. Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
